Our take
3/5A group that wants to spend its birthday playing sports has a relevant setting at Springville Sports Complex. Its three fields are used primarily for youth soccer, flag football, and tackle football. The strongest fit is a celebration organized around a sport the children already enjoy, with parents deciding how to structure the gathering.
Keep the activity space and gathering arrangements distinct when planning. The storm shelter appears among the reservable facilities; that reservation should not be treated as a field booking. Establish which space you can use before inviting children to a sports birthday here.
