Our take
2.5/5The Center for Education and Performing Arts in Pell City has a facility-rental option for families considering an arts setting for a birthday. Weekday rentals are available after 4 PM, while weekend availability runs from 7 AM to midnight. Those hours give parents several possible scheduling windows, subject to arranging the rental.
The main consideration is the requirement for renters to provide proof of liability insurance. Resolve that before committing to the venue, then discuss the intended activities and the space needed. This option suits parents prepared to arrange a facility rental and organize the celebration around its terms.
