Our take
3/5Goosepond Park is a Clanton option for families considering a birthday built around a park visit. It is most relevant when spending time together outdoors is the point of the occasion and the adults want to shape the gathering themselves.
Before choosing it, take the proposed birthday plans to the city's facility contact and discuss how the group would use the park. Decide what the children will do during the visit before setting the schedule. A family comfortable organizing its own outing can use that conversation to judge whether this location fits.
