Our take
3.5/5The combination of a pavilion and ballfield gives this rental a useful birthday shape: a gathering point plus space for a game parents organize. It suits children who would enjoy a celebration built around playing together, with the pavilion as the base for the group. Both areas are included in the $100 rental.
Choose the time block carefully. Morning and early-afternoon bookings each last four hours, while the evening block runs from 5 to 8 p.m. Reservations need city approval, so confirm the booking before arranging the rest of the celebration around that slot.
