Our take
3.5/5Alabaster Municipal Park offers a straightforward pavilion rental for families organizing their own birthday gathering. The $40 fee gives parents a concrete starting point for the venue budget. It suits a celebration built around a gathering space and activities the family can arrange within the park's rules.
Those rules matter when choosing a theme or food plan: inflatables, charcoal grills and piñatas are not allowed. A permit is required, with reservations available online or in person through Parks and Recreation. Secure the reservation and confirm your proposed setup before purchasing decorations or making plans that depend on restricted activities.
