Our take
3/5Sprewell Bluff Park suits a birthday built around an outdoor gathering in Thomaston. A pavilion reservation gives parents a place to anchor the occasion and makes the park worth considering for a celebration they want to organize themselves. The appeal is the freedom to shape the gathering around their own group.
Reserve the pavilion online through the park's reservation system, then plan the birthday activities and food arrangements around that booking. This works best for families who enjoy deciding how the day will run and want a park setting for spending time together.
