Our take
4/5For children ages four and up who enjoy art or science, a guided activity gives this party a clear focus. The private room provides a place to celebrate, and included museum admission makes it possible to extend the outing beyond the 90 minute party. Parents may also bring cake, cupcakes, beverages and snacks.
Parents still need to supervise children 12 and younger, so plan for adults to stay. The standard art or science package starts at $350 for ten children. The $100 deposit is refundable only when you cancel at least 14 days ahead, a constraint worth weighing before committing.
