Our take
4.5/5Chehaw Park & Zoo brings the animal activity and birthday essentials into one two-hour package. A 30-minute animal program gives the group a shared event, and a party host is included. This is an especially appealing format for a child who wants animals to be the focus of the celebration.
Admission for up to 20 people comes with cake, fruit drinks, water and paper goods, reducing the number of separate arrangements parents need to make. Count the full guest list when budgeting: additional guests cost $7 each. The package costs $315 for members or $360 for nonmembers.
